Dégustation du menu "goût" : tout est parfait, des amuse-bouche accompagnant l'apéritif au dessert précédé de mignardises nombreuses et délicieuses, en passant par les mets tout autant excellents et présentés avec délicatesse et goût. Les sauces accompagnant chaque plat sont aériennes et excellentes : fruit d'un très beau travail. Pour couronner le tout, l'accueil est chaleureux, le personnel aux petits soins et très professionnel, le cadre très agréable. Un grand bravo à toute l'équipe. The hotel is amazing. Expensive but worth it. The bar and restaurant is fabulous. The only down part was the shower in our room. It was over the bath and small. Not what you expect from a 5* hotel of this caliber

スタッフの態度がとても悪いので。
三ツ星のレストランを利用したが、スタッフの一人の態度がすごく悪くシャンパンはこぼしまくるし気分が悪くなった。その他のスタッフもカトラリーの置き方一つとっても乱雑だと思いました。
基本ホスピタリティーのないレストランだと思いました。
レセプションもなってないと思いました。
とても気分の悪くなる所なので二度と行かないと思いました。

Outstanding place to stay in Reims. The restaurant is legendary and the accommodation lives up to the quality of the restaurant. Our room was very spacious and extremely well appointed. A very comfortable place to stay. As expected, service was outstanding. Members of staff were especially kind to our 7 year old daughter. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty to choose from.

This was an incredible hotel. The grounds were amazing with sculptures everywhere and many private areas to relax and enjoy. The room and views from everywhere on the property were spectacular. Exceptional staff and absolutely one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in!

Nous avons pu profiter pour la première fois de ce genre d'expérience, un moment hors du temps. Une très jolie expérience, un menu à la hauteur de la réputation du chef et plus globalement de l'établissement. Un personnel au petit soin, des mets délicats, une ambiance feutrée, un vrai moment de détente et de plaisir. Une pensée plus particulière pour l'ensemble du personnel, en salle et en cuisine, qui contribue à rendre cette expérience magique, merci à toute l'équipe. Je reviendrai sans hésiter si l'occasion se présente à nouveau.

Only stayed for one night but all 4 of us thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff and service was excellent. The restaurant and food was fabulous and the environment and facilities were great. Would have no hesitation in booking this hotel again.
