Room was not upto the mark, it was dirty. And staff was also unresponsive about it. Until we paid extra and moved to an expensive room

Originally booked rooms were not provided by the hotel and low fare rooms provided but no any refund we got. First time got such a experience with make my trip booking. No need. Thank you and will never use again mmt for any booking
