After reading other reviews I was surprised that it was actually better than described. I must admit that we found 2 bed bugs. (I was bit), I went to the dollar tree and purchased a mop, pine sol, Bleach and disinfectant. I cleaned our room and everything was ok. They look like they are trying hard to do better. The dumpster was filled with old mattresses. (They were remodeling) The outside garbage cans were loaded up by residents at night, but emptied during the morning. It appears that people lived there (rent so high, I don't blame them) the condo style rooms are nice, but could use updating. The juice machine in the breakfast area needs repairing] People in the next room sat outside and smoked, it came under our door. It had a full size range and refrigerator. Good value for the money.

The floor was a little sticky but other than that the room was fine. I did not feel safe due to the area and other guests.

The furniture was sticky, the lampshades and the fixtures look like they had rust. The furniture had a wierd residue. For the kind of money spent I recommend staying at the doubletree up the road. The sink smelled something awful and the second floor shower had something brown shoot out of the shower head. I don't recommend staying here at all. It's a great property but they need a lot of TLC and renovations. The rooms were not cleaned properly at all.

Mold and water damage throughout my room. Shower didn’t work. Furniture was broken. There was a smell caused by years of water damage.

The place is not as it seems in the pictures at all. Beware of staying here. We discovered roaches, air vents were packed with dirt and dust, if you are looking for use of the suite especially kitchen- bring your own pots & pans, dish cloths, pot holders, cooking utensils as they don't offer these. The oven drawer in one room did have a one egg sized pan but the drawer itself was so filthy I would advise not to use. The entire place was a cruel disappoin**ent 😞.

The floors were very dirty and there was no housekeeping service, which is not a good thing especially if you have kids. Also there was an issue with our door not being locked when closed and it took a long time for them to fix it, and we were in a rush to head out somewhere but couldn’t leave until our door was fixed.

horrible hair in bed and shower dirty complained did nothing. had to leave. they gave me a number to call for refund. they never returned my 5 calls. this place is a roach coach stay away. also there were others in the lobby also complaining the front desk guy started handing out sheets cuz apparently housekeeping called out and they just made the beds dirty! or don’t make the beds at all never got refund and left the hotel at 10pm to find a new one.
