Very clean. We loved our quiet, modern renovated room with lovely linens and a jetted bathtub. The pousada has a nice pool and deck/garden area. Its landscaping is beautiful and offers both shade and sun. The front desk (Marcia) and housekeeping staff (Rebecca) were particularly welcoming and helpful.
We found the breakfast to be on the modest side. This is unfortunate because many of us are fans of the Brazilian breakfasts that tend to be so generous and interesting, i.e., fresh juices and fruits, breads, cakes and cheeses. Judging from photos on the ******* website, Villa Alferes once had more robust offerings. Your choice will depend on how much the breakfast experience means to you.

Bom dia!! Fiquei apenas uma diária, mas o suficiente para ver o quanto a pousada é linda, o atendimento, carisma dos funcionários deixou tudo muito agradável, em especial a Lucyla, carismática, educada e muito anteciosa.

Un Hermoso hotel de veraneo, pero con poco servicio gastronómico a disposición fuera del horario del desayuno. Apenas una heladera con bebidas y snacks. Distantes unas siete a ocho cuadras del primer restoran a disposición. A pesar de ello en recepción te realizaban pedidos a lugares gastronómicos por medio de deliberys. Las habitaciones cómodas y con AA que ambientaba el clima a la perfección pero lo debías subir a 30 Grados. Limpieza OK. Desayuno muy bueno variado y mucho casero, realmente muy bueno el desayunador. En definitiva nos encontramos con el hotel que se nos ofreció.

Que piada maravilhosa, aconchegante, linda, espaçosa, com atendentes educadas e simpáticas, café da manhã variado e saboroso, ao ponto de ser servido na mesa com delícias que vem diretamente da cozinha. Recomendo fortemente!

Foi muito boa. Na primeira noite quando chegamos a noite a pousada estava cheia e não teve vaga no estacionamento, mas paramos na porta e correu tudo bem.

ospedagem foi excelente! Ficamos no quarto 5, que é super espaçoso e conta com uma banheira maravilhosa — fez toda a diferença na experiência. A limpeza também merece destaque: o quarto foi arrumado sempre que solicitamos, com muito capricho. A área da piscina é muito agradável, perfeita para relaxar, e aproveitamos bastante durante a estadia. O café da manhã é simplesmente delicioso, com tudo muito bem preparado. Com certeza, uma experiência que vale a pena e que recomendamos!
