Very nice hotel, clean and a pleasant staff. They provided good customer service and they have a good an affordable taxi drop off and pick up service. Their front desk staff is very courteous and all the staff at the hotel as well. Their breakfast meal was nice and tasty I feel they can do better in terms of variety. I enjoyed my stay at Troci and would definitely recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Albania 😊.

Bad location but new and clean hotel. The location has been a bit of a challenge.

Great hotel, amazing rooms, lovely design, very very clean. Good service and good food. Friendly staff. Location is a bit far from Tirana city centre (about 15-20 mins by car) but well worth it.

Отель сам по себе довольно неплох: просторные номера, вкусный завтрак, все новое. Очень приятный персонал на ресепшен, максимально внимательный.
Но отель хитрит с фото и информацией о номерах. В забронированый мной номер были добавлены фото другого типа номера, более высокого. Когда я попросил тот номер, что на фото, мне сказали, что "это ошибка, можете доплатить чтобы получить такой". Когда я сказал, что так дела не делаются, мне ответили "можете тогда оформить возврат денег и найти другой отель".
В то время как в любом отеле уже нашли бы 10 способов решить конфликт: от предоставления заявденного номера до какого-то комплимента за ошибку, здесь все просто: доплатите, оставайтесь в том который дали, или берите деньги и уезжайте.
Ну очень странно.
Также, у номера заявлен "вид на горы". В нашем номере были микроскопические окна с видом на бильярд в доме напротив.
