Mandarine Hostel

Overall it was nice experience. The hotel Is really in city center with easy access to all locations. Just had truble with late chcekin On trip.com platform it was written as checkin is from 14:00 to 06:00 (next day), however hotel staff charged me extra 2€ for late checkin. But with the help of trip.come customer service I was able to fix it.

Clean and warm place. It is very safe. It is at the back of an alley. The place is close to almost everything of Tirana- it is all within walkable distance

Great accomodation for solo travellers. Friendly staff and travelling fellows during the trip. It's room has a good atmosphere and the lockers are provided for guests.

My flight arrived 11:30 pm, I arrived at hostel before 1:00 am. The staff was waiting for me and show me around. Then I have greeted by the same person, he is so nice and offer me some advice place to visit. Most of them speak English, except the cleaner 😅. I need to go to North Macedonia by bus, they were kindly to tell me where is the bus stop. The hostel have lots of essential in the kitchen, coffee is free and they are always clean. It had a garden on commut area, five kittens are the stars over there, they are so cute and friendly ❤️ They have a big balcony on first floor, with big bean bags and chairs for people. In the garden have a sitting area, usually people stay there for a coffee before they start their journey. I have a nice time in the hostel, after visit North Macedonia for 3 days, I came back to this hostel for 1 more night before I took the flight home. A good location for public transport. I like this hostel very much.

Beautiful hostel - very clean, comfy beds, lockers with keys, and cute kittens! The managers were so lovely and I felt so at home - will return next time I’m in Tirana!

My stay was a remarkable experience at Mandarine Hostel, from the location to the cleanliness to the comfort and most importantly the warmed hospitality.
