The Villa is located 8 minutes walk from the city center, in a quiet neighborhood, you will enjoy the piece and in the meantime walk everywhere to the city center and to the bllok area. The property has two floors. First one has 1 bedroom with two single beds, one living area, one bathroom and the kitchen. Second floor one big living area, with two bedrooms with double beds, one bathroom and the patio. It has 5 Air Conditioner unit, each room and both living room. To make your stay comfortable, we provide: Fresh towels and bed linens Shampoo, dish soap, dishwasher tablets Laundry detergent and access to a washing machine Guest access In case of reservation with more than 5 people you will have access to the whole villa. For reservations with 4 people or less, you will have access to two bedrooms and the rest of the villa. Other things to note The parking space is near the villa 2 min walk in the -2 floor of another building. For reservations of group more than 8 people I can add air mattress in the second floor.
