Te stela resort is far out from Tirana centre- taxis are €15 and buses have to be waved down..if your lucky However nice pool area and 2 indoor pools too Staff...most are slow and miserable..smiling is not something they do.. everything was a chore for them On asking for the drinks menu it was slidden across the bar... even that was too much trouble for the sloth like lady One young guy waiter was nice ..but I can't remember his name Rooms are nice Food good at dinner time but poor at breakfast Spa...don't go unless you like a bruised/swollen jaw afterwards She was far too heavy handed..was awful and rude... couldn't see as she needed rest time.. there was no one in..then waffled something about about the laundry lady...I think she took her frustration out on my face Her couch isn't cleaned as my friend was taken in after me...and it was wet from my swimsuit Also the jacuzzi is too loud..whole area echos..so can't hear anything The Himalayan relax area ..was just a room with beds and a guy on his phone...not so relaxing The emotional showers don't work And the Turkish bath was stinky...like sweaty feet Tiles on the floor are a death trap... very slippy .. To summon it up...this resort is not ready for UK travellers despite it being very clean ...the staff just let it down Shame on , on the beach for selling this in the UK

The single room was very very narrow,, like a prison, awful , dirty, the windows were also very dirty, there was mould in the bathroom. The dinner was OK and the breakfast was good. I wouldn't recommend anybody to visit it, and in no case to have a single room

Absolutely amazing stay with good food and the room service people are amazing they do the cleaning everyday and make sure to give you new towels and toilet rolls as well

The room was exactly what I was expecting for a group of 5 ladies. The hotel was amazing, the spa was great. The breakfast, amazing! The dinner we had on the first night was amazing too. The massage was worth it. The staff werevery helpful and friendly. A special thank you to the amazing night staff guy, Arkelian. Such a sweet soul and very hospitable and friendly. Give the guy a raise for being so customer-centric.

We are a family of five and found the classic suite and a two twin bed room very comfortable. Beds were comfy, the rooms large and the outdoor pool was wonderful. A large mall is a less than 10 minute walk from the property. Check in staff were warm and welcoming. The breakfast buffet had many choices and was great. Thanks for a great stay on our last night in beautiful Albania. We chose this hotel for it's proximity to the airport and really enjoyed it.

**Room:** The room we were eventually given was acceptable. However, upon arrival, we encountered an issue, which was fortunately resolved the following day thanks to the director’s kindness and professionalism. Rooms are in need of proper maintenance. **Breakfast:** Breakfast was adequate, though nothing particularly memorable or exceptional. **Cleanliness:** The restaurant and reception areas were reasonably clean. However, during our 8-day stay, our room was not cleaned even once. Housekeeping only made the bed and replaced towels—no additional cleaning was done. **Overcharges:** On several occasions, the in-house restaurant charged me more than the prices listed on the receipt. I also heard similar complaints from other guests. This happened again a few days ago; I brought it to the waiter’s attention, but no action was taken. Additionally, the waiter was quite rude. To make matters worse, there was a significant price increase on the menu two days ago. As a result, my friends and I have decided not to dine there anymore. Always double-check the amount they want to charge you, especially at the in-house restaurant. **Hotel Rating:** This hotel is not up to 4-star standards. Based on our experience, it feels more like a 2.5-star establishment.
