Vivid A Boutique Hotel

The property is located right near the busy bus stand and in close proximity to ***y restaurants and shops. The room was spacious with good ambiance. However, though the staff claims that the hotel is only 6 years old, from the look of the room, it looks like the present owner has bought out an existing hotel in 2018 and has done a few cosmetic make ups to create a new look. FO executives Ms. Priya, Ms. Rekha and Mr. Akash were extremely helpful in guiding us and attending to our requirements rapidly. Full kudos to them for their helpful attitude.

The Hotel location was great and it was easy to find even during the night hours. Check-in was very smooth. Took the key and went to the room the lift and the corridor of the hotel were very neat and clean. The room itself was very clean and the equipment was all working well. Now coming to the washroom there was no towel and had to ask for one but it came immediately. The shower curtains provided in the bath area are a cause of the smell e***ating from the bathroom. If they remove the same or clean it and sanitize it regularly it might be better. I checked out the next day and the checkout was very smooth. If they only see that the shower curtains don't spoil the smell in the bathroom it would be a great place to stay for the price they charge

Very very bad experience with family. Towles were not kept and I checked in as per hotel rules . Got towles late evening . And ***nerless front office PPL. Never knows how to talk to guests. You have to complete listen first There are better hotels in Trichy. If you want respect then this is not the right place.

I arrived at a busy weekend time and staff went out of their way to find me a room which ended up being a twin but extremely confortable, clean and chic, hot water wifi television etc. Really central near the bus station and travel everywhere. good tuk tuks/taxis staff went out of their way to help with a travel agent (the ***ager was fantastic) and even though it was a difficult situation were brilliant, professional and honest to a fault. Brilliant value for money, breakfast, varied good food..included. lunch/dinner available

The hotel is located close to Chatram bus stand and I was impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel. The hotel is about 15-20 mins frm the airport. The rooms and bathroom was clean. It has the basic amenities. The rooms had both fan and AC and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast spread was simple vegetarian affair and I was surprised to see fresh pooris and dosa served. We also had lunch at the hotel. We ordered chicken, rotis and fried rice and like the breakfast, the lunch was also tasty. The hotel has a nice pub on the ground floor and in the evening, one can enjoy a drink with frds or family. The staff was extremely helpful especially for a person like me who could not speak Tamil and were always ready to speak to the cab drivers. Recommend stay

Very good experience at this hotel. The property is very well maintained with a restaurant and a tap bar (this was not open due to pandemic). Spacious room, wider windows helped to feel more relaxed and offered a good view of the city. Room service staff (Gopi) serviced all our requests patiently. The classic double room also has a safe for storing valuables, coffee maker and refrigerator. The breakfast spread was limited however the taste, quality and polite service made our stomach full. Lovely food. This is a hotel I will stay again when am visiting tiruchi. ***agement please keep up your great work.

Let me start off saying, the trip was done ***** with my family for an overnight stay.The reason being to visit the famous Raganatha Swamy temple. The hotel is around 4 kms from the temple premises.thats the plus point.So if you are new to the city...not much of travel required after checking in.There are other stay options as well. The rooms are clean and neat . There is scope for bettering the same . Negatives The room service is pathetic. You place an order...u need to wait and u need to remind them. The moment you call up to check...the response would be ...it's on the way...but the fact is they would have just started with the preparation part. How can couple of coffee take 45 mins to deliver that too after a reminder. Verdict Please do check for other options as well...would not opt this place in future unless they look into this on a serious note.

Loved the stay at vivid. Very comfortable. Hygenic. Food was delicious. Shakti from room service restaurant was so help ful. He was so prompt at service with a smile on his face all the time. Wonderful work done by shakti. Keep it up.
