We stayed at this hotel for 2 days, while on our way to Thiruchendur temple and returning from there. Staff at the lobby were friendly and courteous and checked in without any delay. Hotel room was very clean, comfortable and had all the modern amenities for a good stay. Restaurant was reasonably large for a regional hotel and had a big breakfast spread with eastern and western mix. We dined here all time and enjoyed the delicious meals, staff and chef here are all friendly, cheerful and courteous. On our way from Thiruchendur, we arrived here much earlier than check in time, but Mr Raju and his cheerful crew allowed to us check in early and looked after us without hesitation. Overall, we had a wonderful time at this and would recommend this hotel for good pleasant stay.

Courtyard by Marriott Tiruchirapalli is a marvellous hotel for every traveller to consider, and certainly a cheerful experience that our family will never forget for our short one day stay (on May 30 2024). The staff were extremely courteous and friendly with their services from the go, ensuring every request from us at the check-in time was swiftly met. The rooms were modern, spacious, clean and tidy with special care and attention provided towards the selection and quantity of amenities provided. Trichy Kitchen at Courtyard is a gem to look out for, as it rejuvenated our tired and hungry selves with a variety of scrumptious huge spread of International and Local cuisine in every buffet we had. The decor, ambience and service is outstanding and I would like a special mention for Ragu, Swathi, Aswin Raj, Ghanashyam and team for their ever-present smile, prompt service and hospitality given to us. Further mentions go towards chefs Akram and Jagdish, for coming forward and taking special care to prepare  personal gourmet dishes curated by them, especially the 150 year old Ramshri Idly recipe by Chef Jagdish and the spicy Indo-Chinese soy paneer by Chef Akram. Every penny spent there is worth, as they bring a smile

Pleasant experience! Staff are courteous, rooms are nice & spacious with automatic switches, iron with ironing table, all toiletries, hair dryer, complimentary kettle with tea/coffee/sugar/dairy whitener sachets, and a nice tv with an information brochure about the various channels available. Restroom ie clean & spacious with necessary towels and a good shower. The breakfast spread is great and the lobby is also very spacious. WiFi speed is exceptional as well. Located centrally in Trichy, this hotel checks all boxes for a pleasant stay. In Google, the hotel is rated 3 star while the front desk team stated it's 5 star and that it's rating is wrongly updated in Google. Price is on the leaner side for a 5 star hotel.
