The hotel is well located on a main road connecting other parts of the city. A car parking with security staff is available. Rooms are well maintained. A restaurant is available at the ground floor. Room service is also provided. Breakfast is complimentary. Wifi range was bad. There was no connectivity inside the room during my 5 days stay. None of the staff including the personnel at the reception have uniform. Few times noticed some house keeping staff moving ***** the corridor wearing lungi. The hotel ***agement needs to look into these aspects.

The best international standard hotel in tiruchirappalli also it is located in the very hot of the city very nearby railway junction and only 1. 5 km to airport also they are having their own multi cuisine restaurant named amul restaurant veg and non veg provides good quality food also they got awarded the best quality and hygienic hotel in trichy by city municipality corporation overall 10 star rating for their service
