Proximity temple, affordable cost and quick respond from manager sasi and make my trip customers when we had small discomfort in the rooms in turn over the phone address our query in quick manner without affecting the our group vacation mode. Thank you all your support

The lifts were malfunctioning. The air conditioning was dirty and emitted a sticky smell. The lighting needs improvement. The reception area could have been more welcoming. At the hotel, guests were sitting in the summer heat without a fan while the receptionist had directed the fan towards herself.

One of the worst hotel we have ever stayed, nothing to write about the pros
1. Lift was struck multiple times. 2. Ac not working, they have changed our room after multiple requests at midnight. 3. Telephone was not working
4. Doors was not locking or unlocking properly
5. Toilet water leaking at most of the places
6. You will be struck inside bathroom ad the door was not opening or closing properly 7. Lot of insects in the room
8. All the walls were having water sippage issues

The photos displayed on the are outdated. The current condition and service of the rooms at udhayam international are unsatisfactory. The food quality is poor, and the rooms have a foul odor. The housekeeping staff seem indifferent towards cleaning the rooms, and the price we paid does not justify the experience. Overall, it was a very disappointing stay.

As i book double bed with one small bed, but they provide only double beds, they told to, as per booking we didn't provide, but i asked to many times after they give for one room only.

Stayed recently with 2 rooms .. almost 1 room had problem of AC and door. With lots of struggle it’s been replaced with fair rooms. Rooms are not need … with all this managed and gone for the buffet breakfast which was very worst.

This was the most pathetic hotel i have visited. About the hotel
the rooms were smelly and the cockroach smell was plenty. The tv was broken. The toilet which is the most important thing for a stay in a pilgrimage site was broken. Hotel staff was not pleasant and did not address the complaints well i would request all the people to not go and stay in this hotel this hotel should be renamed as udhayam lodge.
