Hotel maintenance and service is very average, making additional charge inr 500 for fresher up before 2 hours

No food and extra water bottle. Only one water bottle. And geyser is always turned off. The table and sofa is not clean, very dusty. Shelf are broken and lot of ants and insects

Room service is the worst bad smell around the room very worst hotel you refer. No water heater, no water bottle, no room boy, no toiletries ( no mandatory things) the room picture shown doesn't match the reality.

The price was not worth it, the room was very small, we had to push a mini bed( allotted for 3rd person)inside the normal bed to open the door every time. The room was infested with various insects, it bit me a couple of times while asleep. Room service was always delayed as there seems to be only one person present at times. We made the mistake of not calling to book a room on the ground floor as there was no lift and reached the place earlier than expected due to long travel.

1. Admission timing not flexible. They strict to 12 Noon only. 2. No Water heater working. On enquiry they replied as annoying manner - it must generator supply.
- Generator does get ON. 3. No person avl for immediate response.
