Food, Cleanliness, service everything EXCELLENT. Best place to stay at Tirunelveli. Each and every one extended very warm feel to us and kept us most comfortable and made stay a memorable one. Special appreciation to Mr. Ram Balaji and Ms. Simran from front office. Mr. Madan Chef. Ms. Anwesha and Ms. Sukanya from Restaurant. GM Mr. Elamaran and team, well done. We are grateful. A wonderful stay, I must say. I stayed in GRT REGENCY for 2 days last December. My sister, my niece and myself enjoyed the stay. The ambience and the staffs were so helpful, very courteous with smiling faces. We had a nice and a relaxing 2 night stay. I must also say the food was equally good. We thoroughly enjoyed it. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Looking forward to another stay the next trip. Oh, the gift was a beautiful one too. Thank you and keep up the good work. Vimala from Malaysia

Having known about the brand and the reputation, had chosen GRT Regency at Thirunelveli for a overnight stay. Though it was a short stay, we enjoyed the stay at Regency. Be it the luxury, cleanliness, warmth of the staff and the lavish breakfast, GRT has come a long way in transforming their customers feel good factor to the next level. I had been to GRT Zibe at Hyderabad on a family trip and I enjoyed that property as well. The only suggestion I have for Regency is to have a hanger fitted inside the bath room, which would be helpful. Further, I checked in a bit late in the night and I expected my baggage to be shifted to my booked room, however I couldn't get an assistance from the front office. These finer things should be taken care and I believe these suggestions would be well taken into consideration at your end. The Hotel is also placed within the town limits and is easily accessible. Looking forward to more such stays at GRT.
