Good room and good service but cleaning not 2 days and good breakfast and good service for staff and timely provided lunch and dinner

Neat and clean place with good water. Great location which is easily accessible from the city as well as from the outskirts. Things that I felt needed improvement were: 1. The lift to the basement can be used only at particular times. When we come back late n have things also in hand, it is really irritating to walk up one floor and take the lift from the lobby. When the lift has been built, why not use it. 2. The key card expires at 12 in the afternoon and has to be physically activated after 12 each day. When we have the room booked for 4 days and have paid it in advance also; why should we be made to go through this. Why can't the keys be automatically activated by the reception for the whole time we stay there? 3. Coffee and tea needs to be better. They also give you coffee/tea only after 6. When we have temple visits planned early morning we would like to have something when we get up early.

Food is good. Room maintainence is average. Staff were very polite

Hotel ambience is very neat and clean, rooms are very clean and comfortable, front office reception persons is very helpful and very sincere. House keeping persons or very humble, only break fast quality has to be improved. Hotel is very comfortable nicole to railway station. Car parking with drivers room was provided. Overall hotel rooms is neat clean and hygienic. I will recommend this hotel for my friends and relatives.

New hotel looks good but room boys only limited and no room service
