Great trip and Great stay

The general health situation is better, the environment is better, and the food is better. The location is on the edge of the city, behind the mountain, relatively quiet. The food is really good and worth recommending.

This is the first and last time to stay at this hotel again. The network is poor, and it is said that there is no personal shadow in the industry. The rice is expensive and unpalatable. I won’t come here to live in the future.

Very Good Rooms. Good location. Very Good food. Also extremely high service orientation by the team. This is my 3rd stay at the hotel and have been always been impressed with service mindset. The rooms are spacious as well and well maintained

We are regular customers to Bliss since 2017. We always enjoy stay here. We couldn’t book hotel last 2 yrs as it was under renovation. After it is taken over by IHCL.. I can see lot of changes and I enjoyed the stay even more. We reached hotel around 10:30 AM on Aug 10th and enquired about room and booked it by 11 AM. We know check in time was 2PM. Still hotel staff was so considerate and got us room ready by 12:30.. though we waited for 1:30 hr we don’t regret it as hotel management made sure that we are comfortable even when waiting in lobby. We went to Balaji Darshan after our lunch in hotel and returned back at mid night 12:30.. we were too hungry and checked with hotel staff if any dinner can be arranged for us.. they immediately took the order and served us dinner at odd hour.. I must thank chief for preparing dinner at 1AM.. it’s not an easy task to prepare dinner . In middle of night by mistake I have changed setting of AC 🫣. It’s stopped working. Technician came and got it repaired so that we could sleep comfortably , it happened around 2 AM. Thanks to the technician. Aug 10th was our anniversary.. and by the time we returned to our room from Darshan. Our bed was decorated with flowers and staff SATHI has arranged cake for us.. Though we did not request for it.still staff went a head to make the day Spl for us..It really touched our heart.. and we are so thankful for them, they are really hard working staff.. I would like to stay in Bliss every time I am in Tirupati.. Thankyou so much for making our stay so pleasant.. and dear hotel Staff keep smiling 😊 😊😊😊.. And people who may see my feedback.. plz don’t think that I am from hotel.. I am just commoner just like any other.. 😀

The hotel is very neatly maintained, breakfast buffet is elaborate and very tasty. Their Arabian grape juice was yummy. The housekeeping staff is very good, they are very responsive. I tried a few food items from the hotel they were very good too. Another advantage to this hotel is that it has the famous A2B in the ground floor, so you can enjoy great food without stepping out of the hotel. The hotel is at a walkable distance from Kapila teertham and closer to the Alipiri circle. I used their travel desk to go to Kalahasti, the driver and car were very good though it was a bit expensive. You can book Uber to travel to Tirumala and other local site seeing. The staff at the reception and dining area are not very communicative, they only respond to a question if you ask them. A bit more polish and proactiveness could make the experience great. I am in no way saying their service was bad, but these are minute areas that need improvement.
