Our experience is not good with us. Because of bathrooms are not good and comfortable. Very bad smell in the bathrooms and shower also not work properly.

This hotel is a transit hotel, they don't have parking place, we have to park the vehicle on the road. Staff is not very cooperative

After reading bad reviews from customers' end i was little concerned. But i could say that it was a wonderful stay. Rooms were neat and clean. Staffs were courteous and helpful.

The rooms were very untidy. There were cockroaches everywhere in the bathroom. House keeping staff was never cleaning the room even after multiple reminders. Ac was also not working. On complaining they kept on saying that it's a technical fault and will be fixed in few minutes. But it was never fixed. On yelling on them they finally agreed to change the room after 3-4 hours.

The staff was not at all cooperative. We were three people and only 2 blankets were provided and they refused to provide us the extra blanket. The taxi driver provided by the hotel wasn’t cooperative too. Only thing about the hotel was its breakfast.

Hotel is not well maintained, very poor customer service. Amenities not provided as promised. Restaurant doesn’t have more than half the items as mentioned. Overall horrible experience.
