Best Western Tirupati

Could not check in this hotel due to upset stomach, initiated an appeal to cancel ， trip.com informed me their supplier and hotel have not responded and their representatives called me and asked me proof of upset stomach, not everyone needs a doctor certificate to prove upset stomach. It is well known that since I did not check into this hotel , neither hotel called me or mailed me, the phone number of the hotel does not work as I tried to call them. Trip.com representative told me hotel reserved a room , there was no room number or even a email from hotel, it means they gave room to some of,trip.com made free 600 RmB with no service. I am too far to spit on their moth eaten faces

Good hotel with pleasent stay hotel is located near the railway station bus stand easy access good service provided nice rooms tasty food breakfast was amazing staff also too good it is a 5 star we enjoyed a lot good darshan we had

we stayed in best Western tirupati in recent times it was nice stay with us rooms are neat & clean we orderd food also nice tasty & breakfast was filled with lot of varieties with good taste friendly staff with good nature & finally we had a good TIRUMALA Darshan GOVINDA

Hotel is good we stayed with our friends it was nice stay comfortable rooms with buffet breakfast breakfast is superb nice quality food they are maintaining everything was neat & clean staff also good supporting we are strongly recommend thanks for the ***agement

Rooms are neat & good hotel is clean hygiene good lunch in restaurants so tasty especially south indian thali we are happy with the service all are good staff thanks to front staff they made our stay more comfortable
