This is the my second visit to the hotel after 10 years. There is no changes on the lobby. The room was in very bad condition as the fan was making creepy noise. The tap in the bathroom was leaking. Nothing was done even though we have informed the reception. The food was ok. This hotel needs some to be refurbished.

Worst service and worst buffet there is only veda,idle, and poha . No live counter for dosa and utpam and the juices are packed juice in fruit there is only one fruit . I am very disappointed with the quality and services I suggest to boycott this hotel

Every good environment and good supporting staff. They are alert and good responsive behaviour . Costs also budget friendly. Maintainance and cleanliness is good . Near to busstand is the major benefit to attend all temples and best seeing places .

We had a very warm and pleasant experience at the venue, especially Mr.Kumar was very friendly and made us comfortable as feel at home. Rooms are clean and neat. breakfast menu were good and healthy. We recommend a must visit place where it was a safe place for family

I was staying here for 3 nights in my last visit in Tirupati. Average category hotel. Particularly my experience with the housekeeping was extremely poor in my last visit. When they lost cloth, they took for laundry and they committed will search and try to send me by courier, but they forgot completely after I came back. They don't care about their guests.

The interiors are very old. The shower and bathroom accesories are rusted and have green deposits. TV was not working. The furniture have termite attacks and rotten. Any request like extra water bottle takes over 45 mins to complete. Staffs are not very courteous and not friendly.

Excellent hotel, value for money. I heard currently it is not up to the mark, however when I experienced, it was different. Very neat and clean, well behaved staff and very good quality food. Amenities provided are also good, only washroom needs upgrade. Their Traveldesk is also very helpful and professional. Overall nice expeirecne.

There seems to be a disconnect while booking this hotel. While I swiped my credit card was denied a bill. Overall other services are average and below standard for an ITC Fortune Brand. While I showed them the rates on travel portal was denied to check in on the same.

Whenever we visit tirupati. We used to stay in this property. Coz you will get everything in this hotel. Near to bus stand and railway station, early check INS and late check outs, complimentary breakfast, friendly staff. Morning breakfast is very special in this hotel. Their staff serve food on table special thanks . They all are hardworking and always welcome you with a cute smile and serve you better. perty with friendly staff
