Expensive rooms (paid 10.5k INR!!) & good reviews (avg. 4.5 stars??) do NOT match/justify the pathetic experience we had during our stay (1 night with a baby & 2 senior citizens, in 2 rooms) Firstly, hotel staff doesn’t read any of the special requests you may want/add during the booking process. Very untidy bed linen & rooms (dust on every object you may touch), loud AC noise all night long, just luke warm water for bathing, spider web-cobs in every corner, broken wardrobe shelves, uncleared hairs from previous guests are just a few among ***y other things we found during our stay. The only positive thing to mention is the tasty food from the restaurant.

Food was good. Good catering staffs. But shortage of water. Very bad room service. Good communication to Tirupati temple and railway station. Especially thanks to team Cordial Destination to arrange everything properly. Overally GOOD.
