It was a wonderful and comfortable stay in Pai Viceroy hotel in Thirupati. Very clean rooms and nice hospitality. The staffs are friendly. The transportation services guided and provided by Mr Prasad is commendable. Their restaurant 'Plantain Leaf' is highly recommended as foods were delicious and good hospitality, specially the services received from Avantika and Minati. Overall services are very good, neat and price friendly.

One of the best Hotel in Tirupati morning breakfast is excellent The staff is very attentive and friendly. We have booked rooms & Cab services through Mr Prasad. We got good hospitality from him and he full filled all our requirements and guided us about all the temples. Check in and check was friendly over all the experience was 100 % full filled

Hotel rooms are clean and tidy,hotel staff is very co -oprative food is awesome in breakfast and launch dinner we had very cozy stay here overall 5 stars good hotel to stay with family special thanks to mr madan mohan sir for kind help to guests..

Very clean and neat hotel. Staff are all very friendly. Front office and everyone are helpful. God in the restaurant is very good though a bit in the costly side. We get South Indian food even in the evening which is a plus for southies. Only one complaint I have is the fridge in the room is not cooling properly. If you could fix that Pai Viceroy would be a perfect place to stay.

Great experience stayed in for one night, excellent ambience and clean room. Service is good and check-in and out process quick and smooth. Food really good at restaurant and breakfast has very good spread. Overall great experience for family also great location to reach Tirumala !!!

Food was good but we were not completly satisfied with room service. Services were a bit delayed, might be due to ***y guests. But defenitely not worth the amout we pay. Otherwise cleanliness and other services were good. We have asked for an extra bed and had to repeatedly ask for a good blanket and airconditioning was poor. Was not completely satisfied as we have gone with our parents, they were slightly dissatisfied with the service.

Overall no complaints everything was good. Just feel the pillow was less fluffy. The food was great I really liked their service. One of the best service I’ve encountered in my years of travelling in India. Very friendly staffs. Very nice and friendly before and after service.

This is the second time I am staying in this hotel. The service is very good and met all expectations during both my stay. We stayed once in the suite room and once in the superior rooms for a night during both the stays and we loved it. Keep up the good service and the ambiance and cleanliness of the hotel.

Excellent staff, very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and kept well. We had food at both their restaurants and were more than happy. We had a small baby with us and the staff went over and above to meet our needs related to small kids. We would recommend this to anyone who visits Tirupati.
