We visit Taj every month or two months once....it's a very timid journey with a midnight drive.... When we enter seeing their faces greeting us with evergreen smile. Need to mention few folks over their.... Never wanna miss a name Su*** as always who is their to give us surprises with the stay... Kash,Dhanush ,Jeevan,Balwant,Ajay ,Rajesh...including the spa folks Moi and mallesh the hair dresser advised for a hair spa....I was skeptical initially but wat a spa indulgence and experience they gave me.... Lastly thanking the F&B ***ager... No idea abt his name.... For the delicious food delivered.... The Chef' who comes up to interact wid us .. No matter wat!!!!!! we always feel special and love getting endorsed in their hospitality.

Hotel staff and room cleaning so far so good. Housekeeping staff muneesh and Borhin very good. Every day giving cleaning service so good and behaviour also so good. floor incharge also so good sasi singh. Hotel staff so polite.food also so good. looking for lobby also so good.

We loved the traditional welcome planned by the hotel and warmth with which we were welcomed. The Checkin was instant and smooth…. Best part was that without asking we as a family were given rooms next to each other for convenience and comfort.

The overall stay very comfortable & homely. The food was very yummy and was like home food. All the staffs at all levels were very kind and helpful. The traditional arrival reception given is quite nice and pleasant. The breakfast spread is quite nice with fresh coconut water...

Hotel itself was fine. Arrangements were also well done. Food was good and service by ***ikandan and others was good. Room was average. We had to ask for extra toiletries, towels etc. We had not put out the DND sign but room was not made up. We had asked for airport pickup; on the way we stopped by at Alamelu ***gapuram temple. The stop over was about 20mins total. The driver disappeared and we had to borrow someone else’s cellphone to call the hotel to get the driver back. All our stuff was in the car because the temple does not allow cellphones etc. In addition we were charged the cost of a full trip to the temple (2600) when the airport pickup charge was 3000. The temple is less than 10min from the hotel. Overall, OK, but nothing exceptional.

Terrible experience of leaving Christian Dior bag with cash in room during April 24 Holiday trip.Lost the cash with NO accountability from ***agement and irresponsible behaviour of me chasing the Bag back.Failure of processes in Taj hotel
