Amazing hotel, service and restaurant. Top notch I must say. Very polite staff and welcoming. Room and hotel up keeping is good. You litterally stay at the foot of the Lord. Must stay hotel for family or solo traveller.

The hotel was good with perfect location near Alipori bus stop where one can go to Tirumala quickly. Outside Restaurant “woodside” is also near for good food. Overall pleasant stay!

Pros- Good location, Family rooms are very big with 2 beds Cons- Very limited parking-3-4 vehicles only, Only south indian varieties in breakfast, No food delivery during day after breakfast, very small bathrooms, overpriced also, avoid if you get a better deal for 3k . If you get for 2k for 1 night, take it.

Strategic location with a great service. The only thing I did not like was the suggested incharge of transport Mr. Anil who for sure overcharged me for the trip to the temple. My suggestion would be not to use him otherwise the hotel staff was excellent.

Overall it was good

This hotel was not worth the pay. We reached at 1AM for the next day 4 '0clock Alipiri climbing. The room that was given to us was so good that, I regretted why I ever booked this hotel. The pillow covers were torn, and the bedsheets were wrinkled and spotty, with red marks and dirty. It was a used bed and room given without cleaning. When asked to change the blankets, the ***agement were so reluctant and said we do not have extra pair of blankets. When asked to change rooms, they said all rooms are taken. When I insisted and persisted, they gave another room which was worst to the core. YAK! NASTY to even write this. Then after some fuss, they changed the bed sheets and no blankets. I know I came for Balaji's darshan and that is my agenda, so, could not keep fighting. I put my own saree and chunni as blankets to cover and continued to stay for two days, What hotel will charge the full price shamelessly. I asked for the morning ***ager and told him the ordeal of last night, that ***ager lied without even looking back that he had several nice rooms reserved EXCLUSIVELY for us. Shameless to core, I looked at him and asked for the owner. Now that owner lives in USA, so I cannot reach him. But know that you charged for no service. Money, Money Money is that matters to you and not service. Please improve, you will atleast have satisfaction that you charged for the service you provided. The ***agers took pictures and had the pictures of the nasty beds. The toilets were clean and well maintained, room was okay and the free breakfast was good. I have to mention that.

Without a doubt one of the top hotels in Tirupati.. Closer to the foothills which very useful especially for pilgrims planning to reach the hills on foot. The ***ager and the entire hotel staff are courteous and always there to help. Rooms are pretty spacious.. Toilet and wash rooms are immaculate and clean.
