1. Initially, we were assigned a room that was already taken by another customer. The hotel check-in staff was very loose in their behaviour. 2. The rooms assigned subsequently close to three in number had issues with the keys which called for a high wait time. We had already informed the hotel about our arrival time in advance. 3. We got stuck in the lift which had no instruction ***ual and was not informed by the staff that there were issues with it 4. While dining at the restaurant in the hotel, the restaurant staff was not responsive and least bothered in terms of service. Overall the experience at Bhima for a one night stay was an utter disaster. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone for a short stay in the near future.

Very basic facility. The hotel has been there for a very long time and though the maintenance is OK, the interiors could be redone. The extra bed is a cot on the floor and not even a folding cot. The restaurant is good. Ok, for a short stay.

Stay was very comfortable with very good , quick service . Taste and quality of Food was excellent . Ambience of restaurant is very nice and courteous , quick service . Replenishment of order placed was truly speedy

Crumbling infrastructure in rooms. Less than average quality of food. Meagre breakfast spread with very limited options. Rooms appear poorly maintained. This hotel is certainly not for a value for money proposition.

after a great effort i spoke to their GM, before that a fellow by name Sudharshan called me and started warning me and asking my where abouts, now the so called GM(Insurance agent turned GM of a so called 3 star property) had no courtesy to even look in to the complaint and feedback given.... i think, Bliss, bluefox, Pai viceroy etc are better off than this class 3 people

Room is good. Fairly clean and decent. Toilet and bath are functional. But very small spaces. Hot water is available all the time. AC is good. View of Tirumala hills is an attraction from 3018. Room service is extremely delayed. Lack of staff due to pandemic. Restaurant service ok. Good food. Adequate parking. Libby is huge. Front office staff are courteous. Overall experience is above average.

Had an atrocious experience when I went for lunch. They said Thali was over. We ordered Ala carte. Took 25 mins to take order. Took another 50 mins to get the first dish. The paneer butter masala was atrocious. Asked ***ager to taste and he also indicated that it was not cooked. But we were still charged for it. The ***ager was very rude. He says that it will take 1 hour for 10 rotis and 3 subjis. The Quantity served also was very less compared to other restaurants. Similar experience of other patrons also. I was a great fan of this restaurant. But after this experience Will not recommend anyone to go there
