We stayed in villa arausa and it was great. The room was nice renovated overall we had good time. The food however was not so good. Everyday was the same the food was blank and not salty at all. You don’t have much choice and if you’re not in the restaurant at 19.00 you will wait in the line for half an hour for sure. The staff is nice and friendly but the food is really bad.

very small bathroom, tiny shower cabin; fridge out of order in the room. Balconies to renovate (rust); Very ordinary catering, low quality industrial products, small industrial desserts that are always similar; Little fresh fruit and never at breakfast; high volume above all in this hotel; many stains on the restaurant chairs. Excellent location, 2 minutes from the beach and 5 minutes walk from the center of Vodice, but not worth its 4 stars.

We have booked the accommodation, they advertise themselves with very favorable pictures on the accommodation search platforms, no one should fall for them, because they are not even close to the standard, to this day I still don't understand how they could get 4 stars. There is mold between the tiles in the bathroom, there is a sewer smell in the bathroom and there is very little space to store things. The room is terribly small and we went with a 2 year old child, it was terrible. It is a much bigger problem that the child could not even be taken out on the mini-terrace because it is life-threatening, you can actually fall out between the railing and the wall. We reported these to the management on the first day, who closed the matter by saying that all their rooms are the same, and they can't do anything. Unfortunately, I transferred 230€ more money than the mandatory deposit. We asked for our money back because we cannot tolerate this quality, and the balcony is life-threatening. After a lot of fighting and talking, they said that we have to stay there at least as much as the mandatory deposit covers the corresponding day or we will lose it completely, and we will get the part above that back. Several receptionists confirmed that this will happen. We would have liked at least an e-mail about this, but they refused to send it. Good. At night: the beds are very uncomfortable and there was only one very small pillow. Meals: on the whole, the food was varied and delicious, but the disappointing thing was that their own Dalmatian fish soup was made horribly. At one dinner, they had a second thought and postponed the opening by half an hour. A huge crowd gathered. It sounds good that drinks are included in the service, but the drinks available, beer, wine and soft drinks, were of the lowest quality. Parking is €10/day but they don't have any spaces. We asked for a room with a sea view, but it only had a sea view if I leaned out on the balcony. At least 4 days were covered by the mandatory deposit at the time of booking. We suffered all the way, and when we checked out, we parted ways with the receptionist so that they would send an email in the afternoon confirming that we would get the rest of our money back. Of course they didn't send it, we moved to another accommodation and called them every day to wait for the e-mail or our money. They always lied otherwise, but there was no question that we wouldn't get it back. Almost 2 weeks have passed (that's how long we went in total) and in the last few days they lied that we don't even need an e-mail, we have to wait, but they will transfer our money back right away. When we left the country, the cold shower came. We wrote to the upper management that we still haven't received our money and even then they told us to be patient. A few days passed and they sent an e-mail saying "They are very sorry, but we will not get the money back, but we can stay at one of their other hotels sometime." It is outrageo

The hotel is satisfactory it’s out dated and needs a refurb , I travelled with my friend so it didn’t affect our holiday but don’t go if you want a family holiday to keep kids occupied. The food is boring and bland, the only decent time to eat was breakfast, however the other restaurant on the sea front (part of the hotel) that you paid for food was lovely, the beds are rock hard and rooms very basic. The pool is lovely and it has a lovely location on the sea front. You can walk to the harbour, the sandy beach area is stacked full on people basically lying arm to of each other. If you want food on the seafront that isn’t a proper restaurant you need cash. Take beach shoes if you plan to go in the sea as it’s stoney. You can hire sunbeds on the platforms for €5 per day.

The hotel is surrounded by buildings under construction. The exterior needs masonry work and painting. The ceiling of the reception hall is repaired in several places with a kind of heavy tape. The photos of the swimming pool are different from reality and this one is common to all 4 hotels. You do not access the sea through a lovely pine forest but through paths surrounded by works and where trash bags are placed. Really not pleasant access. On the other hand, the beach with its platforms is great and the water is superb. Unsmiling staff. The very mediocre catering may be because the soft drinks, wines and beers, are free!!! Finally, a cat walks under the tables during the meal and we also find him asleep on the armchairs in the relaxation area at the indoor swimming pool. I think this hotel deserves 2 stars and not 4. We were visiting Croatia for a week and stayed in different 4 star hotels which were excellent. So we were able to make the comparison. Lots of things to review in this one.

The breakfasts are very light in quantity and the quality is not great: hard croissants. The meals are OK. The rooms are very simple and the shower area is not great. Service is okay, nothing more.
