I've been staying at this hotel for two weeks with colleagues while working nearby, and from the moment we arrived, we received a warm welcome. The staff, especially Grace, made our stay feel like home. Their kindness and friendliness were evident from the cleaning staff to the waiters. We even requested cards and were pleasantly surprised to be provided with UNO, adding a fun touch to our stay. Overall, my experience has been fantastic.

I’ve been here on business for a few weeks, I’m still due to be here for a while longer and the staff here have been fantastic especially Gracie, Aaron, grace, Cerys and lily. I would highly recommend to anyone that wants a brilliant experience to stay at the holiday inn Fareham

Amazing service from all the team particularly Grace & Matthew, all of the hotel is clean and is kept well tidy. I have stayed here on and off and always been greeted well each time which made me feel so welcome. The staff were all presentable and well dressed too.

Staff have been very friendly every time I have stayed at Holiday Inn Fareham - Caroline, Lily, Lucy and Grace have been particularly helpful any time I have stayed. The location is very handy and the rooms are always clean and comfortable - will definitely continue to stay here in the future!
