這是我目前歐洲住宿最差的體驗了。到了酒店居然沒有人後來打聽了人家四點就沒有人了不過他們一般都會發郵件給客人裏面會有入住密碼什麼的方過去，但我沒有收到（可能是攜程和第三方沒有銜接好不知道這個情況）好在最後打電話給老闆最後幫辦了入住，第二點這個酒店居然沒有電梯這個價格沒有電梯🛗！我們兩一個抱了孩子一個拎了三十寸的大箱子另一個手拎孩子的童車，好不容易到了房間一看居然還是閣樓呵呵！最後準備出去吃飯門居然不能鎖，外面不能鎖裏面可以鎖最後衹能把值錢東西背身上，真無語了 攜程我服了還有就是沒有水.沒有睡衣.沒有洗漱用品。

Gute Lage zwischen See und Badeparadies, direkt am Bahnhof. Klettergarten gehört zum Hotel (gute Vergünstigungen). Frühstück war in Ordnung. Service war sehr nett und das Zimmer war groß uns sehr sauber.
ABER die Matratzen waren sehr durchgelegen, zwei von drei Kissen waren "Federkrümel" nicht fest. Insgesamt ist das Gebäude sehr alt, die Fenster dünn.

We really enjoyed our stay. Our kids loved the bunk beds, and the room was very spacious and clean. The hotel was quiet, and the breakfast was nice. All of the staff were very friendly. We would stay again!

Easy check-in by man at reception. He also took time to explain how to use access codes for front door and room, and showed me the shed to park my bicycle.
Good selection of breakfast options (breads, pretzel, cereals, cheeses, hams, eggs, juice, coffee machine).
Note: No/limited grocery options in Lake Titisee area. May be good to stock up on supplies at Titisee / Neustadt before getting to Lake Titisee town.

We had a great and very spacious room. Before coming we were concerned the roadside location could be noisy, but it is a very quiet road so no problems at all. Parking just outside the door. Very easy journey into the town, just a few minutes on foot. Breakfast is simple but good. The Action Forest next door was brilliant too. Strongly recommend.
