Hotel caratteristico della zona molto carino e accogliente. Camere e bagno puliti come tutta la Struttura. Acqua e bollitore per caffé e Tee in camera( in un 3 stelle non li trovi ovunque) Parcheggio gratis e personale gentile lo fanno il top per un 3 Stelle. Colazione non varia, ma con ottimi buoni prodotti. Ci tornerei volentieri

Surprisingly nobody write a review for this hotel in the last 3 years, so when booking this hotel I had a bit hesitation but eventually it was one of my best choices so far on travelling. We stayed in a full lake view one bedroom apartment with balcony, the view is breathtaking and fantastic. The whole premises is clean, neat and well equipped, very good and tasty breakfast with plenty of choices. We also tried their laundry service which is reasonable charged for EUR13~/bag. The hotel has 10-15 parking space (free), if it's full you can park your car at their sister hotel nearby 200m away). From the hotel you may access many scenic spots in Black Forest such as Feldberg, the newly opened Blackforestline, Freiburg and Triberg. But it's highly advised that you have a car for getting around. For those have their own cars to travel to Black Forest, the hotel is really an excellent accommodation choice.

The owner is the most unteachable and unfriendly person. We have NEVER experienced anything like this! It couldn't have been that bad if you were STILL THERE the 2nd NIGHT Thank you” Aha yes, and where are we supposed to get a new hotel so quickly on a public holiday? And who will pay us back the money? The “fun” cost 230€, I have never spent so much money on a barrack like this and I travel a lot in India, among other things, and have been able to experience a lot, but this is a disgrace beyond compare. However, that seems to be due to the region, they don't attach any importance to quality. The Hotel Maritim where our friends were booked was also absolutely underground for the ridiculous price they charged. And here to the supervisor: No, nothing fair, no, nothing okay. They are simply not capable of running a business and can do nothing but bathe in blissful ignorance instead of accepting criticism and letting their anger prevail. The proximity to Titisee and the Hotel Maritim where our friends were staying, which was completely booked and that's why we chose this hotel, is the only reason why we stayed here at all and didn't drive a little further out to Freiburg instead. The ”superior” room was in the basement, the hotel was cold, the heating didn't warm up properly, disposable plastic cups that had lime deposits and had obviously already been used for the bathroom, the refrigerator dates from the last century and can be used at night due to the noise cannot be operated, the smallest towels in the world, water takes forever to get to a certain temperature and is still only lukewarm, the hotel is poorly insulated, the blankets are far too thin for the time of year (which combined with the cold room made it completely unbearable has) and the owner is the unfriendly and most arrogant thing this country has ever seen. At least check-in and check-out were relatively unproblematic.

Excellent welcoming, simple but quite large and comfortable quiet room. Good infrastructure and average pricing. Nice classical breakfast, free parking and good wifi. Access by train is also very easy. A good dress in this very touristy place.

Hôtel idéalement situé dans la montagne mais à 10mn de badeparadise. On y est au calme avec une très belle vue sur la nature. Notre chambre avait un immense balcon et était très confortable et spacieuse. Très douillette et propre avec du café et du thé à disposition. L'accueil est sympathique et familiale. Nous avons eu des petits déjeuners copieux et avec tout un choix possible. Nous avons dîné un soir et la viande était très bonne tendre et bien cuite. Le parking est gratuit ainsi qu'un sauna et son espace détente avec lit de foin musique etc. Nous n'avons pas testé le bowling mais c'est possible. Je recommande vivement me tarif était très correct vu la qualité des prestations.

This Best Western is very good. Although it is a little away from Titisee, the surrounding environment is very good. The 2 rooms we stayed in are in a newly built building, so the facilities are very new. The breakfast is very good, rich in variety, and there are local Black Forest cakes available, which is good. The parking lot is also free to use, the large parking lot, you are not afraid that there is no place to park. The hotel has self-service washing machines and dryers, but House keeping will be closed after 8pm. When the hotel wakes up early in the morning, you can also take a walk on the hotel’s Black Forest trail, which is very comfortable.
