This hotel more like motel. Frontdesk very helpful. I arrive at hotel in the morning at 8 am local time, and too early to check in, but they help me to keep my baggage before check in so i can bring my kids to the kennedy space center. Near the hotel you can buy a meal at mcD and waffle house. Thanks

This Best Western really needs an overhaul. The rooms are ok but the bathrooms could use a renovation. They tried to make it nice but who wants to sit on a tiny toilet from a time when people used to be shorter. The rooms also didn’t seemed very clean. I still gave it 4 stars because for the price one shouldn’t complain… I been here years before and nothing has changed. Not great is the breakfast room. It barely fits 20 people. So imagine a long line.

Hygiene product dispensers in room didnt work and there were no mini bottles available. Towels were stained. Bathroom fan didnt work and shower steam made everything wet.

Paid extra money for a king bed and we got 1 full sized bed. Room smelled terrible and the walls were so paper thin we could hear everything the neighboring room was saying and doing. Folks were playing very, very loud music as well. We left almost as soon as we arrived. We do not recommend this hotel.

Our first experience in this hotel chain. The structure is simple but functional. Breakfast was included, which we gave an 8. The room is not modern, but it was satisfactory for our family. Our suggestion is to change the sofa bed, it is not comfortable for adults. Another suggestion is to have USB socket options in the bed lamps, this is already common in other hotel chains.

It is a lot cleaner then the hotel across the street. Your washers and dryer and ice machine does not work 😭.... .... ???????? At least the ice makers and their washer and dryers work... At the Best Western... Highly recommend thank you Best Western *******

Heater did not work so we had to change rooms. Shower knob was almost impossible to pull out and the shampoo dispenser either was out of shampoo or more likely broken.
