We couldn’t get into the place. We arrived and there was no one anywhere on the property. Didn’t seem like there were any guests either. The reception was completely empty. It was very eerie and we drove far out of our way for this place. We left and had to drive all the way to Cancun. Worst experience with a hotel I’ve ever had. Refund my money immediately please. La saison ou le covid mais seulement trois chambres occupées lors de notre séjour ( 1 nuit) . Les petites maisons dans le style Maya sont confortables, literie excellente et douche surprenante ( comme une cascade ... peu économe en eau ) Restaurant excellent ( le caballero sobre ...quel souvenir ! ) Personnel charmant.

très bel hôtel situé dans la forêt au calme, les prestations sont excellentes Les Chambres et espaces extérieurs bien entretenus. Le personnel est d’une gentillesse incroyable et toujours à l’écoute. Il y a également un billard disponible pour les clients. la nourriture est très correcte, seul petit bémol il manque un peu de diversité sur les choix de plats et tous ne sont pas forcément disponibles. Expérience très agréable !

Le premier point concerne la localisation de l’hôtel et peut diviser en deux camps: l’hôtel est au milieu de nulle part. Si vous recherchez la tranquillité absolue, vous serez charmé. Si vous aimez la proximité des villes vous serez déçu (40 mn pour aller à Mérida). L’hôtel possède un certain charme mais un confort qu’on peut attendre largement supérieur pour un 5 étoiles. Le personnel est très serviable. La nourriture est tout à fait correcte. Pour notre part un gros problème pendant le séjour (odeurs horribles d’égouts essentiellement la nuit). Sinon le wifi ne fonctionnait pas dans notre chambre malgré la présence d’un répéteur. Mes deux demandes pour traiter les problèmes sont restées lettre morte.

My family and I stayed for a week and we had an amazing time. The service from the staff was outstanding. Alberto, Luis, Jeniffer, Citlali made us feel like we were home, Juanita from the front desk solved every inquiry we had and the manager of the hotel was very flexible and adaptable. I highly recommend this place for a family trip and also to go with your partner. The food was delicious!!! I highly recommend this place

We were thrilled to be upgraded to one of the 5 traditional Mayan houses on the property. Spacious room, large and comfy bed. Big storage and bath areas. Very comfortable rooms! Rooms in the hacienda buildings also looked very spacious. Convenient location just 40 minutes from Mérida and an hour from Chichen Itza. Ake Mayan ruins just 8 minutes away. This is a place to have a rental car. Toured around during our 4 days here but also enjoyed a very relaxing day just on the grounds and at the pool.

Very nice hotel/hacienda with an extraordinary service and great restaurant, with Yucatan’s local dishes. The general manager, and his team lead by the restaurant manager (Alberto) and the hospitality managers (Juanita) made an unforgettable stay for our family; they cared for every small detail and went beyond beating our expectations. The hotel facilities are unique with a Yucatecan special touch. Our family stayed in a suite, a Deluxe Room and a Casa Maya and each room very cozy and had great spaces. We’ll definitely consider this Hacienda for our next trip to Yucatan.
