The front desk took an hour to check us in and the lady at the front named Karen was very rude and unprofessional. We specifically reserved a king bed but hotel said that they don’t have a preference and have very few king beds. Miguel Angel Alvarez Badillo said he worked there only five months as a general manager and he only gave excuses for incompetent staff. He only offered us a drink and said that the hotel has nothing nearby and the closest thing was a mall 15 minutes drive away. Very bad service and hot water is impossible even after telling the front desk.

Super bien todo, solo la alberca no estaba tan templada como otras veces, la senti mas fria y el desayuno, bufette, a las 10, me lo estaban cambiando a brunch cuando ya llevaba mas de 40 min. ahi y me dijeron q si queria algo mas del befette el precio iba a cambiar
