Muy bien ubicado cerca del centro de Huamantla, la atención del personal fue más que estupenda. Las habitaciones son un poco pequeñas pero muy limpias y acogedoras

Me cancelaron mi reservación sin mi consentimiento con la simple razón de que no había actualizado los precios de 2022, no me buscaron para agendar otro fecha, para actualizar los precios, simplemente dejaron de contestar... No recomendado para viajeros.

El Hotel no me gustó, sobre todo la parte de recepción, los cuartos etc, la atención es buena, está limpio pero bonito no es, ni acogedor. Las habitaciones de la planta baja tienen los techos como divididos dando una impresión de que están muy bajitos.

ESPERAMOS CASI 1 HORA PORQUE HAY POCO PERSONAL Y SI TIENEN PROGRAMADOS LOS DESAYUNOS PORQUE LOS INCLUYEN EN EL COSTO DE LAS HABITACIONES, DEBEN ESTAR PREPARADOS PORQUE YA SABEN CUANTOS VAMOS A IR A DESAYUNAR.

El precio del cuarto indicaba un hotel de un nivel que en la realidad yo pagaria solo la mitad. Nos asignaron un cuarto que se escuchaba un ruido de maquinas afuera y pedimos cambio. Las toallas grises de percudidas. Olor a caño en el cuarto de baño. Pedimos hielo en el restaurante y no habia porque se les habia acabado y no se les vei ganas de conseguirlo. Insistimos que lo consiguieran y asi fue como lo fueron a comprar pero no nos avisaron solo hasta que les volvimos a preguntar ya nos dijeron que ya lo tenían. Particularmente el encargado del restaurante muy poco servicial. Cuando reserve cometi el error de no ver las reseñas de otros huespedes.
