Amazingly situated hotel with a great staff - special recognition for the Armenian woman at the restaurant who was attentive to our needs, tolerated our noisy kids and made a birthday extra special! All staff were extremely helpful in accommodating our requests with small kids and older grandparents. Great restaurant with regional specialties. We will certainly be back!

This seems to be the only hotel in the area but it is nice. Very large, beautiful and interesting grounds, nicely done. Amazing view from the pool. Would be amazing to be there in the summer and be in the pool. Nice staff throughout. Willing to accommodate and help. Food ok in the restaurant. There was a mistake in the restaurant re payment and they immediately and without question sorted it out. Nice stay.

This was unfortunately the least satisfactory hotel on our trip to the Caucasus. We did not have a reservation and the hotel was quite full, so I expect that we got the last two rooms. Logically, these should be the worst rooms. Ours were cottages, not in the main building. One, a triple, was right next door to the backup generator. It is great that the hotel has such a system, but it is not great to be next to it. The shower was so blocked that it was unusable and the hot water in the other room ran out part way through showering. The beds were very firm (not to our taste) and one of the provided bottles of water had clearly been opened and used. It just didn’t feel loved. The WiFi was intermittent, which might be an issue for some people. Breakfast was good, and was available from 09:00 - 11:00. This was a bit late for us. Before 09:00 the breakfast room was reserved for a large tour party. The hotel is probably the only one in the area that can accept tour groups. On the plus side it has great views from the grounds (not from our rooms) and is very near the cave monastery.

Ero già stata in questo hotel durante un precedente viaggio nel 2019. Questa volta mi è stata assegnata una camera all'ultimo piano composta da zona soggiorno e da camera da letto, dotata di balcone con vista sul sito di Vardzia. Buona la colazione che però viene servita solo a partire dalle 9. Di buona qualità la cena anche se il cameriere che ci ha seguiti nell'ordinazione ha fatto un po' di pasticci e dimenticanze.

Были 2 дня, 1.08.2021 - 3.01.2021. Отель чистый, природа потрясная, но сервис это просто ужас. Отдых был испорчен, как только решили после долгой дороги поужинать в ресторане. Официанты откровенно говоря хамили, обслуживали через одно место. Перепутали заказы, принесли вместо говядины, свинину и пытались доказать, что это говядина. Возле бассейна не дозовешься официанта, а если у вас все таки получиться это сделать, то ждать свой заказ вы будете минут 40, так как официанты совершенно не торопяться что то вам нести. Сложилось впечатление, что мы к ним в гости приехали домой. Более менее спасал ситуацию бармен, который работает за всех. В отели не первый раз останавливаемся, но в этом году сервис просто КАТАСТРОФИЧЕСКИЙ. Кухня испортилась, невкусно. Винная карта ужасная, для Грузии просто позор. Однозначно больше не вернемся. Не стоят такие эмоции, такой долгой дороги. P.S 2 балла только за чистоту в отели.

This hotel has the most gorgeous grounds and view, worth an extra day just to relax. Ask for a room on the front with a view. Breakfast selection excellent. Meals were very good. Staff very helpful. A must go.

The upside to this hotel: it has a beautiful garden and 2 pools to relax and swim after a long day of traveling or hiking. Vardzia caves close by. The rooms of this hotel are a little outdated. We had strange, not fitting furniture, wifi was down most of the time, small bathoom, beds were not really comfortable and the food in the evening at the restaurant was mediocre at best (I don't like bones in chicken filet for example). Breakfast was good. I have mixed feelings about this place. The staff was nice, the pool was great but the room was not value for money and this hotel was compared to our other hotels in Georgia very expensive but less in quality.

Un resort davvero stupendo, con una spettacolare vista sulla valle di Vardzia. Fanno parte del resort un bel giardino con molte piante bellissime, delle piscine, una minuscola chiesa scavata nella roccia, uno stagno ecc. Camere confortevoli con balcone. Ristorante molto buono, sia per la colazione che per la cena. Personale molto gentile. Ho passato due notti qui, ma sarei rimasta volentieri più a lungo!
