The service is really not that good! No one took the luggage when entering. There was no one at the counter during dinner time, so I had to wait for a long time. The two waiters at breakfast saw our family of three waiting at the door and refused to take our seats. Asking where I can do it was extremely perfunctory! This kind of service is definitely the worst in Japan! I was really lucky to stay for just one night!

I was happy to find a water server in the room. At dinner, the staff went around to each table taking photos with their smartphones, and at breakfast they went around to the tables handing out freshly baked croissants; their friendly, smiling attitude was wonderful.
