Loved the room decor, but the cleaning products they use was waaaaay to stinky and so overwhelming when I got into my room I had to leave all the windows and main door open for a couple hours. Very unneccesary. I wouldn't normally complain, but it was REALLY bad.

Our room was pleasant and the bed linens clean. There were no coat hangers or hooks to put a jacket on. The towels were poor quality, a dingy grey and hard to the touch. The bed was very hard and reminded me of sleeping on the ground. A mattress topper would improve the comfort of the mattress.
