The outside is pretty. At check in no one helped me. The lady with short brown hair told me to wear gloves at buffet. You may not have an egg until you put on gloves. "This is the rule in Germany". I did not know!
Also she said i had only paid for one night but i had no way to prove it. She was wrong but i had already made other plans. She was a bit rough around the edges.
No Gastfreundlichkeit or smiles there.
