The hotel is conveniently located. When we arrived at the lobby, the staff was quick to give us a print out on how to drive to the car park.
We booked a standard room and the room was very spacious and comfortable.
I dropped a earring in the room and the housekeeping staff was nice to place it on the table for me. Thank you!
I like that the hotel pay attention to details such as providing print out in English on how to operate the air-conditioning/heater and also the TV remote.

Had an excellent stay here for 3 nights. Location is excellent being just across the road from the JR station. I was welcomed from arrival to departure. The room was large and comfortable ad quiet. The breakfast selection was excellent with great staff ( excellent additional benefits for being a HH Diamond member which was greatly appreciated) The executive lounge was excellent with great breakfast offerings, great afternoon snacks and a great evening snack selection ( probably the best selection in a Hilton I have had for years). The fitness centre is great ( did not try the hot baths) and loved the congestion indicator on the tv. The Seven Seas lounge was fantastic for a evening drink before bed with excellent service Nagasaki is a beautiful city to visit and hope to visit and stay at the hilton again soon

I was going back on a day trip, but the facilities in Nagasaki city were too substantial and stayed in a hurry. I accidentally discovered when I was looking for a hotel with hot bath facilities near the station. Search for today's accommodation price in the hotel lobby. I knew the cold and the full content of the hotel, so I decided by the amount presented by the hotel. The elevator is rare in a business hotel and 3,4 units. Security is also safe to push the card key and the accommodation floor. On the first floor, there is a convenience store (which can be entered and left by hotel key), and the hotel original snack is prepared at night, and the hot bath facilities are also complete with inner bath, open-air bath and sauna. Both can be selected because there is a shower room in the room. It is good to go with a feeling like a hiding hotel because it is located one step away from the street. It is recommended to enjoy the night view and the emotion of Nagasaki depending on the place.

Older and clean. If you live on the top floor, the bathroom water pressure is not enough.
Don't think about the convenient transportation. Although there is a shuttle bus in the middle of the mountain, it is best to rent a car by yourself.
It is close to the top of Mount Nguyenzuo and it takes a few minutes to drive up. You can also see the beautiful view of the port in the room.
The hotel lobby is very stylish, so the breakfast is so shabby main course is the bacon sausage in the business supermarket that surprised me.
The front desk service was quite satisfactory, knowing that I was a foreigner and there was no extra and too much good face. It is troublesome to change the car key with the front desk every time you go out.
Staying on the first night to catch up with the student group of the study trip, the sound insulation effect is not good and very noisy, call to complain to get better.

Ctrip's email says check in at 18:00, but it's actually 16:00. The check-in is not at the address. The reservation should be notified by email. I went directly to the address and climbed a staircase (Figure 2). The first time I didn’t see the description of Figure 1 (in the corner of the corridor), I contacted the store by phone and told me to check in at 16:00. I didn't say that I had to check in another place (English was very poor). At 16 o'clock, I went there for the second time, and then called to ask, and the person who answered the phone would not speak English at all. Fortunately, I found the description in Figure 1 and checked in again. This slope walked back and forth 3 times, and girls with large luggage are not recommended to live. There is also room soundproofing.

I'm so impressed with the services here. They took care of us very well and made me feel that they really gave the services from the bottom of their heart, with Omotenashi! We would get stuck on the Inasayama mountain at the observation building up hill because we couldn't find the taxi back to hotel, but the staff helped us by calling the taxi and we finally got to the hotel safely! Pheww~ They are Oldie but Goodie! I'll definitely come back! 👍

It's not a new hotel, but it's clean and feels good. We put an extra bed in the twin and stayed with 3 people, but it was large enough. From the room on the north side of the 10th floor, there are no tall buildings around, so the view is good and you can see Mt. Inasa. Construction of stadiums and other facilities is underway around the station, so you can see if JR is running. It was about 15 minutes on foot to the Inasayama Ropeway station, so I walked back without waiting for the bus. I think the breakfast is delicious and the number of items is necessary and sufficient. The venue is a little dazzling on the 15th floor, but the south side can see the sightseeing spot in the city and the view is good.

From Nagasaki Station, take tram Line 1 to Chinatown, transfer to Line 5, get off at Oura Tenchudo Station and walk for 2 minutes. A very European-style hotel with a European-style front desk and courtyard. Nagasaki Port is right outside the door, and there is a beautiful waterside park. It is very close to Oura Cathedral, Madame Butterfly Villa, and Nagasaki Port night attractions, only a 20-minute walk. The room is clean and tidy with complete facilities.
