Stable quality.
However, it was a very busy day, so there was quite a line for breakfast.
I think it would be nice if the layout was so that you didn't have to line up in a straight line.
For example, instead of placing chopsticks, forks, plates, glasses, etc. in one place, place them in multiple places.
This alone should alleviate traffic congestion considerably.
