Honeymoon Heaven! My wife and I just returned from a dream honeymoon at Tokoriki Island Resort, and we can't recommend it enough. It truly deserves its reputation as a luxurious adults-only escape. Accommodation: We splurged on a beachfront pool bure, and it was worth every penny. The private plunge pool was perfect for a refreshing dip after a day in the sun, and the bure itself was beautifully decorated with a blend of Fijian and modern styles. We loved having our own hammock to stargaze at night! Highlights: Village Visit: The resort arranged a visit to a nearby village, which was a fantastic cultural experience. We learned about Fijian traditions and met some of the friendliest people we've ever encountered. Snorkeling Adventure: The coral reefs surrounding the island are teeming with marine life. We spent hours snorkeling and were amazed by the variety of colorful fish, coral formations, and 4 sea turtles!! Culinary Delights: The food at Tokoriki was outstanding. Fresh, local ingredients were transformed into delicious dishes that surprised and delighted us every night. My wife has Celiac and not only did the chef ensure she could pretty much eat anything, every single staff member knew she had Celiac. Knowing that her food was safe made our trip that much better. Exceptional Staff: The staff at Tokoriki truly went above and beyond to make our honeymoon unforgettable. From personalized touches (everyone was referred to by name) to genuine Fijian hospitality, they made us feel special every step of the way. Overall: If you're looking for a romantic getaway in Fiji with luxurious accommodations, amazing food, and unforgettable experiences, look no further than Tokoriki Island Resort. We left feeling relaxed, reconnected, and with memories that will last a lifetime. We cannot wait to return in a couple years.

We tremendously enjoyed our visit to Tokoriki. The resort is intimate and no detail has been spared. Getting there was not too difficult, but getting off the main island was worthwhile. The food at the resort was very well done, although some of the drinks (especially the blended ones) could be hit or miss depending on who was tending bar. Our only challenge, and truly this is shared to inform other potential guests who may be sensitive to the heat, was the lack of aircon. The resort is open air, with two air conditioned areas (boutique and media room). The bures allegedly are air conditioned but our mini split was unable to bring our bure temp below ** degrees. We were able to make this work, but it did wear us out over time. The bures ware not well insulated due to their design, and the bathrooms have no fan or airflow whatsoever making them very hot and sticky. They also seem to lack a trap in their sewer lines so there is a small odor in the toilet room. Even with these considerations we would whole heartedly recommend this resort, but would suggest for those really sensitive to the heat to consider coming in a cooler month.

From the moment I arrived the welcome was incredible and continued for my whole stay…..hospitality next level, the staff went above and beyond in every area to ensure I was happy. The food was amazing, enjoyed every meal, my villa and the whole resort was so well maintained and truly I felt I was in paradise. The highlight I have to say was the wonderful Fijian people. Although Tokoriki is an incredible property that should receive 5 Stars, Costco Travel representatives who booked the vacation were ill-informed and incompetent. They failed to advise us of the various transit alternatives from Nadi airport to the island, particularly the 6-hour waiting time for a catamaran upon arrival, essentially ruining the entire day. They failed to advise that a fast boat (water taxi) and helicopter options were available, which would have significantly lessened the wait. We ultimately had to pay extra for a water taxi, which Costco Travel refused to reimburse us for, as well as refusing to reimburse us for the unused Catamaran. Call the hotel directly and avoid Costco Travel at all costs.

Excellent upscale resort for couples, the service was outstanding, the food sublime and the warm and personalized treatment from the staff was like non other!!!! The grounds are beautiful, had the pleasure of staying in one of the pool beach villa and was the best, the sunsets were one of the best in our lives.

Our Villa retreat was perfect. Our own plunge pool, day bed and loungers to enjoy the sun or shade as needed and still with access to the ocean being beachfront. Quiet and relaxing. Daily massages fitted in with wandering to the main space for delicious and healthy food choices from a menu that changes every four days. Staff are one of the best assets here as they genuinely get to know you by name. Beds and pillows couldn’t be better and sneaky turndown while at dinner had our villa wind down ready on our return. Daily housekeeping also quiet and discreet …Teppanyaki night made for a nice chance to meet other couples. Was always events on offer for those new to Fiji but this was a pure reset break and ticked all the boxes … Vinaka Tokoriki xx

This was our seventh visit to this resort. We had a wonderful time, as we always do here. We particularly love being able to go snorkelling directly off the beach, as well as being taken out daily to the reef that encircles the island on the resort boat by the lovely Lepani . The coral was spectaclular. The gourmet cuisine was first class, as usual. The "new" chef Thomas and his crew provide a wonderful varied menu. So many choices! Dining manager Kris expertly juggled the indoor/outdoor dining options, which changed daily due to some rain issues By far the most important people in the Tokoriki Resort are the caring Fijian staff, who make every guest feel so special. Their approach is the same for those arriving for their first visit, or for "regulars" like us
