絕對要高度讚揚本酒店的服務水平以及客房的舒適品質。早餐非常豐盛美味，交通便利快捷。離所澤站近在咫尺。吃喝玩樂應有盡有。所澤航空公園櫻花盛開環境優美怡人。我可能會常來這裏玩耍吃喝。這裏與新宿城區裏比較，所澤就是人間天堂。

所沢駅から近く新しいホテルではない感じですが部屋はとても綺麗で清潔感があって良かったです。小さな観葉植物が置いてるのもなかなか癒されて良かったし朝食も美味しかった。今回西武ライオンズの試合を観戦するために宿泊しましたがまたリピートしたいです。

Hotel is within walking distance from the train station and there's a convenience store directly across the street.
Very friendly staff.
Stayed in a non-smoking room which was clean and well kept, didn't have any issues with smell.

The staff are considerate and have good English communication skills. I temporarily stayed in the hotel for one more night but had to change rooms. They were so good that I didn't mind. I could see that the staff were very cooperative.
