My husband and I rode our bikes from Tokyo to Tokorozawa and really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful, very clean and traditional hotel located on the side of a reservoir. The staff were very friendly and helpful so even though they did not speak much English, we had no problems communicating. The public bath was so relaxing after a long bike ride. This is a great area for cycling and walking. The room was large with an amazing view of the reservoir. The en-suite bathroom was clean and amenities were provided. We requested a vegan breakfast when we made the booking and it was really delicious - much better than we had expected! The staff at check in and breakfast were great. It was a perfect escape from the city and well worth the cost.

西武園ゴルフ場に行く前日にお邪魔しました。一人で10畳和室は広すぎ椅子がなく、掘り炬燵に座るが、安定が悪いので立ったり座ったりが難しい。机の脚がいかにも弱そうで体重を手を介して掛けられない。洋室はないようで椅子に座りたかった。夕食と朝食は６Fの中華レストランでした。夕食は、黒ビールと小籠包とシューマイで十分、朝も和食セットで美味しかった。部屋が残念でしたが、まあ満足。

西武園ゆうえんちは目の前。徒歩数分の所にコンビニもあります。 夕食は創作料理っぽい。これが中国割烹なのでしょうか。 上品な味ですが、量はちょっと少なめで物足りなかったです。 大浴場ではやかんを持ったスタッフがお茶をドバドバ浴槽に投入していました。 お湯は温泉ではなくお茶の香り。 浴室は全体的に暗すぎてお湯の色が（たぶんお茶の色でしょうけど）わかりません。サウナはあっても水風呂はなく、水シャワーしかない点が残念です。

最上階に富士山から武蔵野平野を望むことのできる中華料理レストランがあります。 ランチをいただきましたが手ごろな価格でおいしい料理を出してくれました。 従業員のホスピタリティが最高でした。
