Holm Inn Park-Hotel

The Holm Inn Park Hotel is a place where you can enjoy secluded country life in a comfortable and stylish environment. The modern and functional hotel complex is located just a 15-minute drive from the city, near one of the most picturesque and clean lakes in the Leningrad region - Khepoyarvi. The design of the cottages is made in the style of eco-minimalism: compact cottages with an interior in soft colors, an abundance of light, panoramic windows from which a wonderful view of the surrounding area opens. Everything is done so that while you are here, you feel unity with nature. Each cottage includes: full modern kitchens; comfortable beds with orthopedic mattresses; stylish, compact areas for work and relaxation; full showers with toilets; private terraces with furniture. The hotel concept combines concern for the environment with the organization of a modern space for guests with all amenities. All cottages are built from shipping containers that have been given a second life. During the creation of the project, forest areas were preserved. For perennial plants, special cutouts were made in the cottage terraces. They help trees grow in their natural environment and be safe for residents. In the administrative building there is a reception desk and a lounge area with a coffee machine and a display case with snacks. Here you can comfortably wait for check-in, relax before leaving and resolve any issues that arise with the administrator. On the territory of the complex, guests can use the following services: Finnish sauna, children's playground, barbecue area, parking. Upon request the following is available: baby cot, high chair, radium nanny, creativity kit. Pets are allowed in the cottages. The pet is additionally provided with: bowls, diapers, bags. The hotel is located near the developed infrastructure of the village of Toksovo. Nearby is the Northern slope, Panda Paintball, Toksovsky springboard, Toksovsky Zoo and the Observation Deck.
