Service is excellent, traditional room design, the location is close to the train station. Convenient in transport.

Good location, just opposite tokushima station. Nice onzen. Clean room with lot amenitiea at lobby.

The public bath is quite good. However, the staff at the entrance are quite picky. The large lounge on the 11th floor has limited usability. The breakfast is quite good.

As nice a hotel as anyone would want to stay in while visiting Tokushima on the island of Shikoku. Terrific service, clean facilities and room, an amazing bonus free onsen (hot springs), a very well equipped gym which is a bit rare in Japan and the property is located right in the middle of town next to the central train and bus stations. There are plenty of cafes, restaurants and bars in the neighbourhood as well as a shopping centre across the road and lot's of small shops nearby. Upon first arriving, the entrance is a little tricky to locate so be sure and follow the instructions that will come with the booking confirmation.
