It's very good. From the front desk to the room to breakfast to dinner, etc., every detail is great and the price/performance ratio is very high. Especially the dishes and service in the Japanese restaurant in the hotel are so authentic, which made my mother very happy. She will never forget the Japanese restaurant. It was my first time to stay at the Hilton Conrad. I didn’t expect that the service and quality were better than those at the Ritz-Carlton and Peninsula. I even liked it better. Unfortunately, I couldn’t cancel the hotel later, otherwise I would have to extend my stay for two days. What a pity. However, we have developed a new continent and will visit more often in the future!

If you want the classic exquisite hotel experience, this is the place. They have bell boy, they deliver news paper in the morning, larger bathroom and bedroom space. Also very nice view of the Tokyo. On some rooms, you can see the trains come and go at the Shimbashi Train Station. The hotel is right next to the Shimbashi Train Station, so a great place to get to anywhere in Tokyo. Overall we all loved the stay here.

The room is nice and quite comfortable. We got a smoking room by my own mistake on booking and they are kind to allow us to switch to a smaller non smoking one. The staff was understanding and helpful despite booking was extremely full. We are very grateful for their help! Both service and location is amazing. For both traveling and business trip, the location is top notch. For transportation, you get access to hibiya line, Ginza line, yurakucho, shinbashi station which pretty much goes to everywhere. Ginza is right next to it, which is famous for shopping and food. You will have no trouble accessing any place in Tokyo with these lines. For business, mainly it is held at either marunouchi or kasumigaseki(government) both locations are very close. If you want to walk around in nature. There is a big park right in front of the hotel. Very satisfied with the location. Service is great as well, they pretty much solve any problems or question I had.

I stayed just one night. The room is very comfortable and well appointed. Quite big for Tokyo standards as well. The staff is very nice. I arrived too early, so they kept my luggage as i explored the city. In the afternoon when i came back, All the luggage was in the room. I did not try breakfast, but the hotel also has a lounge that is open until 10pm, where you can get snacks and wine/sake (there is a special chop card for wine/sake dispenser and you get two glasses for free). This was a very nice touch. The hotel is very clean and very close to Shimbashi Station. Getting an invoice was also not a problem

Stayed in the Corner King room with view of Tokyo tower and it was worth every penny. The views were incredible, including Mount Fuji on clear days. Bed was huge and room was spotless. The hotel itself is very stylish and the staff were extremely polite and helpful. The location is very good. The hotel is just above Shiodome St. which is very convenient for getting to Odaiba in particular. For access to the JR lines, Shimbashi St. is only a few minutes walk. The area directly around the hotel is quiet, but if you're looking for more eateries, bars etc., there's plenty around Shimbashi St. Will definitely stay in this hotel again and highly recommend.

My wife and I stayed at this hotel for 10 nights during New Year’s holiday. We really loved staying there. The room is not very spacious but the layout and size is adequate for us given the hotel is located in Tokyo. The room is clean with very comfortable bed. Staff are friendly and helpful. Location is great as it is in the centre of Ginza. A convenience store is just on the ground floor of the hotel. We definitely would love to stay there again.

I chose this hotel for 3 reasons: 1) To stretch my dollar as much as I can for 5 nights without sacrificing too much creature comfort, 2) Twin beds, 3) One direct train ride from Haneda Airport (Asakusa Line) – no switching trains with luggage please, especially when I can’t speak Japanese. Actually, there’s a fourth reason: 4) Easy connection to other train lines at Shimbashi Station. I have been to Tokyo several times before this. This hotel is very practical, nothing fancy, within walking distance from the train station, and lots of sights at doorstep. I don’t need a lot of services, just a good, clean, quiet, convenient place to stay.
