The resort dining options were limited to a food court or high end dining, the Hard Rock Cafe was closed for two days and the Rise cafe was only open for breakfast, had to leave the resort to eat!
The room was subpar, had a broken curtain that you couldn’t shut and the shower was a tub that water pooled on the floor, for this price should be a walk-in shower. Overpriced for average amenities !

After reading some of the reviews, I was concerned about staying at the Hard Rock. However, we had a great experience. Our room was very nice, spacious and clean and no smoke smell. The staff was very friendly. The pool was nice. There are multiple dining options to meet every budget. The later you are in the ******, the smokier it will get which is to be expected at a ******. We saw a great show and appreciated not having to deal with parking and driving home after. We are not gamblers so we would never stay here unless we were there for a show. But we would definitely stay there again and again for a concert. We loved it!

Nos gustó la experiencia del hotel y las opciones de cena.
Por mejorar, la cama izquierda mirándola de frente y en su lado izquierdo estaba inclinado el colchón hacia abajo, lo que hizo incómodo dormir de ese lado.
Habían solo 3 toallas en la habitación y tuvimos que solicitar una para completarlas. Eramos 4 personas.

The entire stay was a pleasure. Not quite an all inclusive, as everything is a-la-carte, but after check-in all we wanted was within...until we departed.
