位置十分方便，從東新宿地鐵站出來就是酒店，乾淨衞生，空間在東京的酒店來説就很大了，自助設施很方便操作，還可以自助寄存行李，這一點真的很滿意，樓下有全家便利店，附近還有家24小時的大型超市

以地理位置來說，走路到新宿附近的熱鬧區大概10-20分鐘左右～

All self service, don’t expect to see any staff. There was an incident of no hot water in the morning, after contacting the staff via SMS, I was sent an instruction by email how to fix the problem by myself.

東京的酒店不知道怎麼的，貴得不得了。本來想訂新宿站附近的酒店，但雙床房貴得很，而且很多都滿了。只能選擇遠一點的東新宿。這家酒店其實類似於民宿，自助check in, 沒有清潔服務。房間算大，設施挺新的，很齊全。有小型開放式廚房，洗衣機，微波爐等等。位置算方便，走去東新宿站A3出口就兩分鐘。出門拐彎穿過一個小公園。就到了。
由於酒店位置大是在大街上，所以晚上很安靜。樓下有便利店，但餐廳不多。

This was probably the best property we stayed at in Japan. The room was comfortable, even with 2 adults and 2 kids in the space. The kitchenette was AMAZING and so handy, and I just loved the bathroom/ drying room. The host had everything clearly labelled in English which was so helpful and generous. The location was super convenient and easy to access. We will definitely be staying here again. Thank you so much!

Would not recommend anyone to stay there we had four adults in one room, you couldn't turn around for the money we paid if was over the top. How you could recommend this was crazy. The location was good it was clean but the size of the room wasn't good. Would not recommend this to anyone!!!

The property is very new and includes everything you need. At first I thought the location was a bit far away from JR station but then after I know the way I think it was a great walk to enjoy the city. I think I will stay in Flower Terrace again for my next visit to Tokyo.

Extremely easy to roaming around with lots of department stores around. Trains all nearby. The room is clean, the only downside is the bed is bit too soft for me.
