Хороший вариант за адекватные деньги в Токио. Квартира достаточно чистая. Есть все необходимое - кухня, smart TV, стол со стульями, кухня, холодильник, кондиционер, стиральная машина, сушилка. Матрас в меру мягкий.
Заселение бесконтактное, по коду к электронному замку двери.
Расположение удобное - в 10 минутах станция метро и электрички Рёгоку, откуда можно доехать в том числе до Синдзюку. Также рядом продуктовый магазин, японский фастфуд гюдон.
Была небольшая проблема со временем заселения, но владелец предоставил справедливую компенсацию, и все закончилось хорошо.
Из минусов - очень маленькие подушки, и в квартире темновато из-за того, что окна выходят на лестницу.
