The stairs and the capsule room itself is so small, the stairs up to my capsule is so steep and hard to get down and climb up to everyday, but the environment is so nice and quiet, so close to 2 train stations, super strategic, and the amenities are complete. The staffs are helpful too!

The staff at the reception cafe treated me kindly and politely, and I had a comfortable stay.
I was able to eat at the cafe on the 1st floor without eating, and it was very close to the station (Yoyogi Hachiman for me) and it was very convenient.
