The apartment is located in a residential area, so you can feel the daily life of the locals. There are many subway lines nearby, especially a direct trip to Disneyland, and it is also close to the hotel. The hotel has a front desk at fixed times, but it is completely self-service at other times. The advantage is that you have your own kitchenware and can buy vegetables and cook them yourself. We were busy and didn't have time to cook them ourselves. There is also a fully automatic washing machine, which is very convenient to use. There is a large supermarket downstairs of the hotel, which is very convenient to buy some things, especially breakfast.

There are two 1.2 single beds, and a set of high and low beds, which is very suitable for a family of four. Pots, pans, ovens, refrigerators, microwaves, and induction cookers are all available. You can buy vegetables, sausages, fresh fish, etc. for breakfast in the supermarket near the hotel. There are also ramen restaurants, izakayas, etc. nearby. It is about a little more than a kilometer away from the Ginza Shopping Center, which is very convenient. The service is basically self-service, and there is an additional charge for cleaning in the middle. Of course, it is very convenient to maintain it by yourself. The girl and the guy at the front desk are all English-speaking, very American-style pronunciation, and very polite. If you want to experience Japanese home life, it is very suitable for a family of four to live in this hotel.

This is probably our 4th or 5th times here at Section L. Being a repeating customer had already said it that we love the place and we had prior wonderful experience with our stay. However i’d like the address some issues we noticed that need to be fixed or improve properly are as follows: 1. On my latest stay here, i noticed that the quality of the mattress used for the bunk beds (below deck) has declined significantly and it gave me a backache during my stay every night. I noticed that it is because the mattress has probably been used for a long time that the center part of the bed sink down and lost its firmness. I never have backache during sleep until this latest stays here. The beds here used to be very comfortable so please get a replacement as sleeping quality is probably the most important thing for all guests. 2. The laundry machine kept giving error code U04 during our stay. I read the manual and had to clean the filter full of dirty lints and thread myself (which i believe should be a job of the cleaning staff before guest check in)but the error still kept coming back. So I told one of the staff about this issue and he was readily trying to help to fix it. However, the error message didnt go away. I think you need to get the technicians to do routine check up on this. Thats all of the problem we had. Other experience was great. The staffs were nice like always, and the room was great and has everything we need. I have to say we had a lovely stay but please fix the two problems i told you.
