Clean room and comfortable bed. The kitchen facilities and washer cum dryer machine is superb makes my holiday hassle free . Lots of convenient shop around. Direct train to go Tsukiji outer market , Ginza , Shinjuku and more . Highly recommended and sure will come back again .

Very comfortable and spacious, with all the necessary appliances. The washer and dryer worked great. The only issue was the water heater – the showerhead barely put out any water, and it was completely cold, never getting warm. But there's a workaround! 😂 The bathtub water temperature was perfect, so just avoid the shower. Fill the tub and use a bucket to wash up. It's a bit of a hassle, but it solves the cold shower problem. We also caught happy hour on Friday, and the plum wine was quite good.

Facilities: This is a new apartment-hotel, and the room layout is excellent, except for a slight inconvenience with luggage storage. Cleanliness: Housekeeping isn't provided during extended stays, but the washing machine and dryer for towels are fantastic. The dryer is much better than those paid services at other hotels; clothes come out perfectly dry. Environment: No complaints, other than being just a tiny bit further from the main subway station. Service: There's a Chinese-speaking front desk, and they explain everything in great detail. On Fridays, the front desk offers unlimited complimentary drinks, including alcoholic beverages, soft drinks, and water. The coffee machine and tea are available 24/7. There's a direct drinking water tap in the room. They even gave us champagne for our anniversary, which was a lovely surprise! The slippers are also very comfortable. We bought Wagyu beef from the supermarket and cooked it ourselves, which was cheap and convenient. Both the shower and bathtub are very comfortable. The washing machine's dryer function is truly excellent; I managed to wash all my clothes from my winter break trip, from the UK to Qatar and then to Japan! 😂

Perfect for families. The room is spacious, well-proportioned, and thoughtfully laid out. It also comes equipped with a washer-dryer. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service. The location is great, and the Kuramae area is charming.

This hotel deserves a five-star review! The room was incredibly clean, making our stay comfortable and worry-free. The location is a huge plus – direct access to the airport, and nearby bus and subway stations make getting around super convenient. It's perfect whether you're exploring the city or catching a flight. Overall, a fantastic experience!

Good service with luggage keeping service enjoy

This is our second stay here after two years, and the room is perfectly laid out. It easily accommodates three to four people. The kitchenware and tableware provided are very new and clean, and there's even a great rice cooker. There are many convenience stores and supermarkets nearby where you can buy all sorts of ingredients and pre-made meals, which is incredibly convenient if you don't want to eat out or need a late-night snack. We used the small oven and microwave every day – super practical! The bathroom has a separate shower and a clean, insulated small bathtub, which my child absolutely loved using daily. The washing machine is also excellent, and laundry detergent is provided, making it very convenient for families traveling and not having to pack too many clothes. The room also offers electrostatic dusters and lint rollers, which shows great attention to detail. You can easily clean up after drying your hair. The floors stayed clean even after multiple nights. The hotel is close to the Asakusa Line, and it's about a 10-minute walk to Senso-ji Temple, even with our 7-year-old. The Asakusa Line goes directly to Narita Airport, and for Shibuya, the Ginza Line is a direct shot with no transfers needed – very convenient. Ueno Station is just two subway stops away, making it super easy to transfer to the JR or Shinkansen lines. Highly recommended, we'll definitely stay here again next time.

This is my second time staying here, and it was a very comfortable experience. The room facilities are extensive, and you can buy groceries to cook your own meals. The only downside was that I couldn't figure out how to set the hot water; it kept switching between cold and hot, and the water pressure was a bit low.

Before the ***** New Year, we arranged a nine-day trip to Tokyo, and this place was perfect for a family stay. It was clean and conveniently located for transportation. It was great for a family of five in Tokyo to be able to stay together. It's close to the subway, and there are many convenience stores and eateries nearby. Asakusa is also very close. We'll definitely stay here again next time we visit with the whole family! 👍

Convenient location with direct access from Haneda Airport. The room size was adequate, and having a washing machine was very handy. The front desk staff provided excellent service. If you can book it at a good price, this guesthouse offers great value for money.

This apartment hotel is super conveniently located. It's just a 3-minute walk to the supermarket, and only a 6-minute walk to Kuramae and Asakusa Stations. From there, it's just one or two stops to Tokyo Skytree. Near Tokyo Skytree, there's a big supermarket called Life Supermarket, which is great for buying ingredients to cook your favorite meals back at the apartment, as the kitchen utensils are all fully stocked. It's also only a ten-minute walk to Kaminarimon and Senso-ji Temple. Plus, there are many delicious restaurants and shops around Kaminarimon. Getting to Narita or Haneda Airport by subway is also very convenient. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Japan. The photos of the room are exactly as they appear on Ctrip.

Decent location, within 10 min walk to Asakusa line and Oedo line. Quiet neighborhood, 10-15 min walk to central Asakusa district. Family room comfortablely sleeps a family of three, having a washer-dryer in the bathroom is definitely a plus.
